The successful candidate will work as part of the IS Project Management office team to plan, coordinate and support the implementation of request for change relating to IS programmes of work in line with strategies and business requirements, and perform other project related tasks and duties as required.

They will also be required to undertake business administrative, procurement and finance administrative tasks in support of identified work-streams as required, such as arranging and participating in meetings, preparing minutes, updating and publishing documentation.

The successful applicant will be responsible for creating, accepting and progressing project work packages and working closely to ensure delivery of products and process change, provide support to the IS Project Management function. They will also directly support and deputise where appropriate for the IS Project lead for Problem Solving and Partnership working, and create and progress work packages for this Programme of work.

It is anticipated that the individual taking up this post will have a good understanding of IS systems policies and procedures,  a good overall knowledge of Information Systems, and the function of each IS team, as well as Business Analysis and Project Management experience.
