South Yorkshire Police are recruiting a Warrants and Firearms Investigator.

The successful candidate will oversee the investigation and review of warrants and prison recalls held by Warrants and Firearms, arresting on Magistrates Court Warrant and conducting Firearm Licensing risk assessments.

You will also conduct telephone renewal enquiries, use police systems e.g. Lynx, PNC, Procad etc and conduct door-to-door enquiries in respect of fail to appear Warrants.
