An exciting opportunity has become available with in the Business Support Team for Operation Stovewood. The team is part of the Performance & Governance department & is based at Carbrook, South Yorkshire Police Headquarters.   

The successful candidate will display strong communication, problem solving and organisational skills.  You will have a flexible approach and the ability use your initiative and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. 

Duties will include, but are not limited to; line management responsibility for the BSU Clerk; organising office moves; produce and maintain inventories; conduct Health and Safety quarterly premises safety inspections and risk assessments as appropriate. 

In order to be considered, applicants must have experience of supervising/managing staff.  Ideally, you will hold a supervisory/management qualification as well as the ‘Risk Assessment Principles and Practice’ qualification (or equivalent). Applicants should be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages (e.g. word, excel, outlook).
