There is an immediate vacancy for an ANPR Researcher within SCS. The ANPR department is located at Atlas Court Sheffield. The vacancy is for a permanent post.

The role is demanding at times and requires commitment and enthusiasm to support and lead on Intelligence Led Policing. There is a diversity of investigational work from Criminal damage to Counter Terrorism. The ANPR department supports the whole of South Yorkshire Police and other Agencies.

It is essential that candidates have a good working knowledge of IT systems to support Intelligence Led Policing and ANPR system/camera configuration.

The successful candidate will be required to pass Management and Security Clearance level of vetting.

The successful candidate will work a 4-week rota in which you will work 1 weekend and a shift working until midnight.
