Are you an experienced Administration Assistant or Secretary, and have a desire to work within a project management and business change environment?

We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Project Support Assistant to work within the Business Change and Innovation Project Management Office (PMO), supporting the SYP change programme.

The PMO has quality assurance, reporting and support responsibilities within the change programme, which is a fast paced and continually moving, deadline driven environment. 

As Project Support Assistant, the successful candidate will be required take and produce minutes of key change programme boards, provide secretarial support to BC&I senior management, and provide admin support to the projects within the programme. As well as, assist with finance administration, budget monitoring and undertake processing functions, including inputting, checking and updating.

Applicants should have previous administrative and minute taking experience. It is essential that applicants are computer literate, including the use of Microsoft Office programs and Outlook.
