The post holder will predominately be involved in delivering first aid training.  The post holder will have an understanding of emerging mental health issues which will impact on the police service and will be involved in the roll out of mental health training during the next financial year.  The post holder should also have a good working knowledge of the custody environment to be able to provide resilience within the custody-training portfolio.
