We are a regional procurement unit supporting the four Police Forces and Police and Crime Commissioners in the Yorkshire and the Humber region and have an office base within each of the four Force areas. 

We are looking to appoint a suitably experienced Contract Manager to join our regional team who has achieved the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Level 6 Graduate Diploma or equivalent relevant qualification. Consideration will be given to applicants who are actively working towards Level 6 and can demonstrate relevant experience. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated professional looking for a new challenge. There is a requirement to travel across the region to meet with customers but the successful candidate would be able to choose the most convenient of our offices to base themselves.

However, it is important to note that this appointment is to provide dedicated contract management for two strategic contracts for the four regional forces as detailed below.

  • Healthcare and Forensic Services in Custody providing healthcare to detainees and collection of evidence to support the judicial process
  • Sexual Assault Referral Services providing support to adult victims and survivors of rape or sexual assault
