The post holder will work alongside the Programme and Performance Officer to deliver a single point of contact for the processing of invoices and performance management of all utility billing for SYP. Experience of using Microsoft Excel for managing multiple spreadsheets containing formulas is required for this role, along with a keen attention to detail to ensure billing data is uploaded and monitored accurately and any fluctuations are highlighted.

An interest in sustainability and energy management, although not essential would be beneficial in this role. You will be involved in ensuring we hold the correct energy meter information for each site and will liaise with energy companies on behalf of SYP. The post holder will also assist the Sustainability manager in the administration of sustainable initiatives and waste contracts.

The post holder will organise and attend monthly Management Meetings and Quarterly Sustainability and Estates Board Strategic meetings to produce minutes and action plans. This may occasionally involve travel outside the force area.
