OPCC FINANCE OFFICER
Salary Band D £23,790 – £27,246
Reporting to the Finance Manager based in the office of the Commissioner
Barnsley, South Yorkshire.

37 Hours per week
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual to provide financial support directly to the Finance Manager and to the development of the Crime Commissioner’s Medium Term Financial Strategy.
You will have significant recent management accounting experience and knowledge of financial management and management accounting practices. Understanding of the public service finance and its regulatory environment is essential to this role.
You will be qualified/part qualified CCAB preferably CIPFA, or full member of Association of Accounting Technician.
If you feel you have the passion and resilience to work in such an environment, are organised, familiar with relevant IT systems, able to travel around South Yorkshire and work flexibility, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
