The overall purpose of this role is to ensure food, beverage and function service is undertaken to the highest standard and to assist the Chef Supervisor with the production of food.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have previous relevant experience in the catering industry as well as knowledge of Health and Safety relating to the Catering Industry.
