An opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst in the System Administration team within Information Services.

The post holder will provide administrative support to users of both South Yorkshire and Humberside IT systems.

They will be expected to liaise with and supervise consultants/third parties and liaise with end users, external consultants, suppliers and outside agencies to ensure effective services are maintained.

The post holder will also have a good understanding on incident, problem and change management as laid own in the IT Infrastructure Library.
