The successful candidate will have previous Service Desk experience and proven knowledge of IT Service Management tools and methodology.  You need to demonstrate the ability to work proactively without supervision and be able to manage difficult problems and issues to a successful conclusion.

The successful candidate will provide a single, central point of contact for all users of IT services, handling all incidents, problems, queries and requests.
