The successful applicant will provide a flexible, customer focused and professional first line response, providing advice and guidance on all HR enquiries.
To be considered you must be educated at GCSE standard or equivalent, have previous experience incorporating keyboarding and administrative procedures, and be able to demonstrate good organisational skills. You must also possess an understanding of when to refer matters to a supervisor, and an appreciation of the need for confidentiality. You will be expected to organise and plan work as required. You will also be expected to pay close attention to detail and follow tasks through to conclusion.

The successful candidate will have accuracy when inputting, amending or extracting information. You will be confident in dealing with customers over the telephone, emails and face to face.
