HP – Project Manager (Organisational Improvement)  

DEPARTMENT – Business Support

LOCATION – Priory Road (With a requirement to travel around the Force area)

TERM - Temporary: - 18 months

HOURS – 37 – Note there may be occasions where the post holder will be required to work unsocial hours, as the needs of the role dictate.

SCALE & PAY – MP5 - starting salary £42,918

The core function of this role will be the requirement to lead the design and delivery of corporate cross-functional process improvement reviews using a range of specialist skills, tools and techniques. Therefore, it is essential that applicants have significant experience in leading, designing, developing and delivering corporate cross-functional organisational change and improvement programme.  Applicants will be required to clearly evidence their knowledge and expertise in the successful application of a range of specialist organisational change and continuous improvement skills including lean, business process reengineering, systems dynamics, operational research, business analytics and problem-solving and decision-making which has resulted in the delivery of evidence based recommendations for change and associated business benefits.

 

As part of this role, the successful applicants will also be required to support the development of a wider awareness of continuous improvement skills throughout the Force, including the design and delivery of corporate and local masterclasses.
