An excellent opportunity has arisen to play a key role in a unique team, supporting the work of Counter Terror Policing.
Provide tactical advice on dealing with the threat, risk and harm, following a major terrorist attack. Responsible for managing the fusion cell that provides a fast time response to dealing with intelligence to mitigate the immediate threat. Ensure training is delivered and maintained in order that deployment can be activated on live critical incidents.
This role would suit candidates who have proven ability at operating all computer systems including, Microsoft Products, Willingness to learn IT systems, with the ability to train/coach individuals and act as a point of contact for system issues i.e. CLIO. Experience of Project Management and excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate and control internal and external partners in an operational environment.
In addition, you must receive clearance from enhanced vetting procedures, be prepared to work flexibly to suit the needs of the unit (which may include occasional out of hours cover), and be able to travel both regionally and nationally for business purposes.
