HP - Buildings Engineer

LOCATION – Melton

TERM - Permanent

HOURS – 37 Hours

SCALE & PAY – Sc6/SO2 (£25,190 - £32,420)

The appointment grade will be dependent on skills and experience.

The overall purpose of this role is to provide a professional service in respect of asset maintenance and the delivery of minor capital engineering works, undertaking condition surveys and risk assessments to ensure compliance with building legislative requirements.

To be considered for this role, applicants will have a working knowledge of current legislation and professional practices, with the additional knowledge of the 17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations and a HNC (or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical engineering.  Likewise, applicants will have the ability to demonstrate technical expertise in the area of mechanical or electrical services.
