The overall purpose of the role is to provide a customer interface for pension queries, acting as a technical and legislative source for all advice on all pension matters.
The preferred applicant will have the ability to work with the utmost confidentiality and sensitivity, with minimum supervision and to use initiative to develop new ideas and ways of delivering value adding outcomes.
