A fantastic opportunity has become available on the Server team in the Information’s Services department. The successful individual, reporting to the IS Team Leader (Server) and working alongside colleagues in the Server team, will be fixing infrastructure related issue ranging from Active directory management to Storage systems administration.  As well as day-to-day maintenance, the individual will be expected to lead large installation projects, allowing them to gain valuable skills in areas such as Server Virtualisation, Application Virtualisation, Microsoft system management, and Unix based systems

You will be working within a very dynamic team with masses of experience to share. You will be working with enterprise level applications on the forefront of technology, there will be excellent opportunities for training and development, and successful candidates will be given assistance in attaining industry level qualifications.

The team supports 2 police forces (South Yorkshire Police and Humberside Police) and this role will be an exciting opportunity to work with cloud technologies, virtualisation, Enterprise Level Storage and other Enterprise level technologies.
