The overall purpose of the role is to provide support for Humberside Police activity through the application of specialist skills, including Roads Policing, Serious Collision investigation, Dogs, Armed Response, Public Order and Search capabilities.

To apply for this role, applicants will be able to set objectives in relation to workload and will be able to plan and prioritise accordingly. Additionally, applicants will have the ability to identify problems and take appropriate action, responding positively to changing situations.

Closing dates are not normally extended, other than in exceptional circumstances and an agreement is made with the Senior HR Officer, HR Shared Services and the Line Manager for the role.

Please note Humberside Police have a sickness/absence criteria of: no more than 33 working days and/or more than 5 separate occasions of sickness absence in the previous 3 years. You must meet these criteria to be eligible to apply.
