The overall purpose of the role is to provide a Force resource in relation to the forensic recovery, analysis and presentation of digital evidence from mobile phones, smart phones, tablet computers and other digital devices and the forensic recovery, enhancement and presentation of audio evidence from submitted devices. To provide advice and guidance to investigating officers.

To apply for this role, applicants must have experience of report writing and presenting reports/information orally.  Applicants will also have the ability to work within a confidential environment in accordance with the Data Protection Act and Official Secrets Act.
