The Role 

The Prevent and Protect Constable will aim to reduce the overall impact from cybercrime in the Humberside force area, in support of the National Cyber Security Strategy and the National Cyber Prevent Agenda.

The successful applicant will have experience of the following areas:

• Is the Rank of Constable and has successfully completed a 2-year probationary period.
• Is able to demonstrate a real belief in public service, focusing on what matters to the public and what will serve their best interests.
• Possesses an interest in cybercrime and is willing to keep current In cybercrime offences.
• Is willing to complete any required training.
