We are looking for flexible, customer focussed HR officer to join our team within HR services.  Staff development will be a key part of the role, as you lead a team to ensure a professional first line response to officers and staff across South Yorkshire and Humberside Police.  You will support the HR management team to implement change in HR services, working closely with customers and colleagues to build and promote a multi skilled ‘can do’ team.

As a HR officer you will also have the opportunity to shape the HR policies and processes by researching, benchmarking, analysing and making recommendations supporting process improvement and policy development in line with best practice and force objectives.  You will also have responsibility for the production, compilation and distribution of personnel performance management information.
