Join our HR Career Services team and you will design and lead on innovative change that will improve talent and leadership across two police forces. HR Career Services are looking for two trainers/ facilitators to join our small, dynamic team of professionals.

As a trainer, you will develop and lead learning interventions and actively seek out opportunities to improve and expand our talent and leadership services. You will have experience in developing others and will hold a professional level qualification in either development or HR.

1 post will be based at South Yorkshire Police Training Centre, Wath Upon Dearne, Rotherham

1  post will be based at Humberside Police Training Centre, Courtland Road, Cottingham, Hull.

Applicants must meet the minimum checkable history criteria, which must be taken into account for all individuals applying to work with South Yorkshire Police in any capacity.  A minimum checkable history period of 3 Years has been identified for this role and successfully undergoing recruitment vetting procedure is a pre-requisite of employment with South Yorkshire Police.
