Overall Purpose of the role is to supervise a professional multifunctional communication service to the public, partners and members of the police service, ensuring that customers receive a courteous, helpful and informative service and that police resources are allocated to meet the needs of customers.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the effective supervision of the Demand Resolution Team (DRT) within the Command Hub; ensuring customers receive a timely professional service at all times.  In addition, will also undertake quality assurance to support the dispatch and contact handling functions within the Command Hub as required and uses this role to support and develop all staff and support the Force Incident Manager in the management of Serious Incidents and all aspects of demand management.
