Humberside Police Force are looking to employ a HR Officer within their workforce-planning department to facilitate workforce change through liaison with HR Operational Partners.

It is essential that the post holder is an experienced user of Excel as there is a large requirement to extract, analyse and circulate data from the HR system.

The post holder will undertake job evaluations and manage applications through the regrade process.
