An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Support Assistant to work as part of the IS Project Management office team. The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to members of the IS Projects and Programmes Team, as well as supporting the IS Senior Management Team.

You will be required to undertake business administrative, procurement and finance administrative tasks in support of identified work-streams as required, such as arranging and participating in meetings, preparing minutes, updating and publishing documentation.

The successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring project work packages and provide support to the IS Project Management function. They will also directly support and deputise where appropriate for the teams Project Management Support Officers.

You are expected to have an understanding of Microsoft Office packages such as word and excel and be experienced in the use of outlook and email.

In addition, the successful candidate may be required to work outside normal working hours and travel around and outside of the force area.
