The successful candidate will provide a high standard of customer service when dealing with members of the public either face to face at the counter or indirectly over the telephone.  To deal efficiently and courteously, remaining professional at all times even when faced with difficult, sensitive and challenging situations.  To show resilience when under pressure and confidence when working alone.

Complete and process the necessary documentation relating to your enquiries, complying with legislation and policy.  Must communicate effectively and work as part of a large team.

Weekend working will be expected of you and you will be working on a rota basis.
