We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Engineer into our Information Services department. The team supports two police forces (South Yorkshire Police and Humberside Police) and this role will be an exciting opportunity to implement cloud technologies.

Reporting and deputising for the IS Team Leader (Server) and working alongside colleagues in the Server team, the individual will fix infrastructure related issues ranging from active directory management to storage systems administration.  As well as day-to-day maintenance, the individual will be expected to lead large installation projects, allowing them to gain valuable skills in areas such as Server Virtualisation, Application Virtualisation, Microsoft system management, and Unix based systems.

You will be working within a very dynamic team with masses of experience to share. You will be working with enterprise level applications on the forefront of technology.
